Q: What do I get with the purchase?

A: After placing an order you will receive a download link for a ZIP archive that contains PSD source of your web template as well as an HTML-coded version and all fonts used in the source files.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: You may pay by credit/debit card or PayPal

Q: How fast will I get my template after placing an order?

A:  Usually it takes just a few minutes but if we are really busy it can be up to 1 hour. For our clients' security we provide a manual antifraud check and sometimes it may take longer (especially on weekends). But the maximum time is 24hrs.

Q: Do you offer skins / themes for popular CMS (Wordpress, Drupal etc.)

A: We currently do not provide skins for any CMS, however any of our templates can be re-coded to fit your CMS' requirements. This requires advanced HTML/PHP skills so you might need to hire a web developer for such a complicated modification. However we keep working on improving our products and services and in the near future we'll launch several new product types (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla etc).

Q: What I am allowed to do with a template?

A: The main rule is: ONE template - ONE project. You may create a website for yourself or for your client. But you may not use your template for multiple projects. If you need to use a template again you should purchase it again. You may not resell or redistribute our products. For more information please check our Terms of Use.

Q: What software do I need to edit a template?

A: Every template has "Software Required" block that describes what software you may need to edit your template.
